InfoBeans is an exciting, fun-loving and rapidly growing organization. Founded in 2000 by three entrepreneurs (Avinash Sethi, Mitesh Bohra and Siddharth Sethi) with zeal to excel in the software services arena, the focus of InfoBeans remains its team. The three co-founders have a clear philosophy in mind when it comes to their team. Unlike a typical software factory InfoBeans has its own unique culture and beliefswith the most fundamental being no one is an employee but a valued Team Member.

InfoBeans Inc.,is an technology solutions provider with offices in Silicon Valley, USA and Indore and Pune in India. InfoBeans is a global team of 200+ professionals across India and the US. Our core focus is to bring cutting edge solutions to our clients through our services in:

Our business model is to develop long-term strategic relationship with our customers and develop capabilities & adapt according to their changing needs. Out of the current active customers, approx. 10 customers are 2+ years of relationship with the oldest one being 7 years of relationship. About 5 customers are 0-2 years of relationship.

This is no free ride. It is a way to make sure that a team member is doing the right thing by moving to InfoBeans.We are a set of believers and we are looking to increase the tribe. We want people to join us only if they share our passion, not because they want a paycheque.
We gladly allow a new entrant to quit within first two weeks of joining if he/shedoes not believe in what we believe in. No strings attached. If individual decides that he/she is not for this organization and the organization is not for you, one can quit. We pay not just for those two weeks but an additional (handsome) amount over such quit. That’s the deal.

The performance management system is very individualistic, although it takes an attempt looking at the big picture, as well. Unlike other small IT companies the system involves a 360 degree feedback for each individual. Appraisal approach is done in phases, beginning with a self-review, the supervisor's review, peer review and skip level review.
The system provides a platform for team member-manager interaction, wherein expectations are announced, goals set, good work is recognized, gap areas identified and recommendations made for future improvement.

Our team feels WOW at 5pm every Friday evening do you know WHY?
Not because it is time for Friday beer ? but because it is time for Fun Friday. Fun is principally in the DNA of every InfoBee. The InfoBeans crew members have formed various groups which gets us charged every Friday for all facets of life.
Entertainment is not just restricted to these events it is in the DNA of every InfoBee. The gup shup at evening tea, masti at the “Reboot” corner, jokes and scribbling on the notice board at cafeterias, leg pulling your Managers all make work more of a pleasure. Work hard and party harder is what the entire team is married to. Zero red tape and flat organization structure makes it feel that your immediate reporting Manager is your buddy not boss.
IB Funtoosh entertains by organizing creative events like Twins day where team members were paired and asked to dress alike, make us design our new office, Bollywood hungama, Halloween night and the most entertaining the Swayamvar which happened last week.
IB Groomers organize art of living courses, yoga n meditation camps and personality development camps whereas IB Fiesta makes us celebrate all festivals with fun and frolic. They made us dance on Garba beats, drench us with colors on Holi, made us enjoy colorful and eco friendly Diwali and get sumptuous sweet after Ganesh Visarjan. IB Genius sharpens our creativity and logical think abilities. They organize various quizzes, games, puzzles and contests.
Not to forget the IB Champions this group reenergizes us with variety of sports tournaments and games. Cheering the colleagues in IPL (InfoBeans Premier League), the focused ITC Series (InfoBeans Table Tennis series) and Hit the Target competition were key events of last fiscal year.
The most awaited event of the year is Mega Outing, in which IB Travelers take the entire team along with their families to 4-5 days company sponsored holiday. This is when all offices across geographies are not operational. We have visited Panchamrhi, Mount Abu, Ranthambore, Silvassa, Jim Corbett and this year will be the sixth mega outing.
Nothing could have added more to the fun than the scintillating performances by the team members during IBuzz (InfoBeans Annual Function). It had all the elements of a bollywood blockbuster entertainment, drama, dance, emotion and music.
IB Travelers also keep on organizing one day outing entertaining team members and their families. Pune team recently visited Diveagar Beach and Indore team went to Mandav. This helps the families to mingle with each other and get feel InfoBeans as their extended family. Families are also invited for Diwali Pooja, flag hosting on Independence Day and other festive celebrations.What really makes all of this special is that the entire show is run by the team members and not a third party. It really adds the personal touch and makes us feel at home.
