- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Assessing staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Coordination with Vendors and closing the deals.
- Supervision & Coordination for Office Maintenance, Cleanliness Activities & other day to day activities.
- Ensure integration of office infrastructure.
- Monitoring and Maintaining Fire & Safety in and around the Office premises.
- Supervision & Coordination for Events & Festival Celebrations etc.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Team Management & Leadership Skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
