Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
  • Assessing staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Coordination with Vendors and closing the deals.
  • Supervision & Coordination for Office Maintenance, Cleanliness Activities & other day to day activities.
  • Ensure integration of office infrastructure.
  • Monitoring and Maintaining Fire & Safety in and around the Office premises.
  • Supervision & Coordination for Events & Festival Celebrations etc.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

Skills Required:

  • Team Management & Leadership Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.
