Role:  Business Development Manager

Location:  Dubai

Experience: 10+ years

 

What will your role look like

  • Manage the entire sales process from account identification, acquisition and sales closure
  • Generate sales lead, build pipeline, convert pipeline to sales numbers
  • Collaborate closely with our business development and pre-sales experts, prepare RFPs, deep dives, pitches and POCs
  • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to win the deals   
  • Establish a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Connect with desired stakeholders & do mapping of key decision makers and key influential’ s at CXO levels

  • Expertise in selling salesforce/BI/automation services around UI Path or AA
  • Experience of selling application development/mobile applications/portals/testing would be plus
  • Proficiency in selling to C level in enterprise accounts/industry leading clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and fun attitude
