Sales Director

Location: Frankfurt

We are looking for a Sales Director to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and
revenue growth objectives and to build upon our existing portfolio. You will be responsible for
developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to
achieve your financial targets.

The position is based out of Frankfurt (preferred) and will report into the European head of the

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and meet and/ or exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the
    company’s customer base in known and new geographies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing support,
    information and guidance, recommending new opportunities, profits and service
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Willing and able to take responsibility for driving the evolution of go-to-market strategy
    and continuously grow the revenue with consistent sales efforts

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in IT/Software sales with a proven ability to manage a sales
    pipeline, sales planning, carry through and close deals. Outsourcing/Offshoring
    experience is an added plus.
  • Should be very fluent in German and English and be expert in the DACH market in
    particular and the European market in general
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education background of Sales/Marketing or related
    field, an MBA a plus
  • Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
