What will your role look like

  • Supporting the L1/L2 ServiceDesk
  • Incident, standard change & problem handling on L3 level.
  • Prepare, and execute non-standard changes requested by the customer (creating runbooks, joining CAB’s and executing the changes).
  • Execute production plan activities such as (solving vulnerabilities found by vulnerability management, executing, or supervising Monthly patch cycles).
  • Manage LCM within their scope (new releases of software/firmware/patches etc.

We would like you to bring along

  • SQL proficiency.
  • C# and MVC knowledge is required with excellent debugging skills.
  • Familiar with Web API consumption using Postman/Fiddler.
  • Familiar with IIS Configurations, system log monitoring(Event Viewer).
  • Experience in SMTP monitoring will be an add-on.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills along with client communication. 
  • Flexible with timings (work in EST shift is mandatory).
