What will your role look like
- Supporting the L1/L2 ServiceDesk
- Incident, standard change & problem handling on L3 level.
- Prepare, and execute non-standard changes requested by the customer (creating runbooks, joining CAB’s and executing the changes).
- Execute production plan activities such as (solving vulnerabilities found by vulnerability management, executing, or supervising Monthly patch cycles).
- Manage LCM within their scope (new releases of software/firmware/patches etc.

We would like you to bring along
- SQL proficiency.
- C# and MVC knowledge is required with excellent debugging skills.
- Familiar with Web API consumption using Postman/Fiddler.
- Familiar with IIS Configurations, system log monitoring(Event Viewer).
- Experience in SMTP monitoring will be an add-on.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills along with client communication.
- Flexible with timings (work in EST shift is mandatory).
