- Provide technical support and assistance to team members and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Workflow Design and Optimisation.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
- Optimize workflows to reduce manual interventions and increase efficiency.
- Prepare business cases for automation projects based on client needs and available budgets
- Develop detailed plans for new or existing automated systems, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Consult with clients to assess current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine whether an automation project is likely to succeed and what challenges may be encountered during implementation.
- Manage client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction with project results.
- Develop project proposals based on client needs and desired outcomes.
- Conduct regular progress reviews during implementation to ensure that the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
- Recommend any necessary changes to the design of an automated system to improve its effectiveness System Maintenance and Upgrades.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity and reliability of technical systems. • Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and recommend system improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. • Create user guides and training materials as needed.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on technical systems and tools.
- Conduct workshops or training sessions to enhance technical proficiency.
- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in audits and security assessments.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and software for potential integration.
- Make recommendations based on technical feasibility and business needs.
- Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
