Our client, the world’s 4th largest Japan-based multinational provider of IT products and services, were dependent on excel spreadsheets for exporting all network configuration data, causing traceability issues. Our solution was Salesforce CPQ implementation to facilitate configuration of complex products and their respective pricing structure. With this, they could have an integrated design which mitigated the need for export to excel. All changes can now be tracked in real-time with accurate pricing changes and stored in one central location.
