With the spirit of embracing the New Normal, NASSCOM has decided to engage with its audience on a virtual platform this year and we were thrilled to be part of it.

Mr. Avinash Sethi, InfoBeans Co-Founder, and CFO was invited for a panel discussion among other elite speakers on the topic ‘MP Next’. On being asked how InfoBeans fulfills its talent requirement, he candidly shared that the middle management team at InfoBeans is homegrown and we hire from places like Indore and Bhopal in MP, the talent here is qualified and is great with IT skills. The only challenge is conversing in English which the HR and senior leadership team try to overcome by training.
Tarulata Champawat, Sr. Director, Sales and Marketing was invited to speak on Digital Transformation, Simplifying IT landscape. Owing to her excellence in Project delivery and International Sales, Tarulata threw light on how digital can simplify or complicate the IT landscape. She discussed the best approach to reduce software waste and make IT features rich yet relevant, and how adopting digital can make one stay ahead of the competition.
Kanupriya Manchanda, Vice President, People was invited to speak on Employee Engagement in the new normal. She focussed on employee engagement during the lockdown and how InfoBeans team did a marvelous job and maintained camaraderie even during such tough times.
Our participation in NASSCOM gave us an opportunity to share our take on the future IT landscape and post-COVID scenarios. We are thankful to NASSCOM for choosing us and we look forward to such opportunities in the future.
