In six weeks we created a 360° proof-of-concept to envision “the future of field services,” which our client presented at the Mobile World Congress. They set forth a vision of how novel interfaces and technologies such as voice, chatbots, and machine learning can improve the experience of field technicians and prevent costly errors.
In addition to generating sales, this work helped our client raise two years of internal funding and renewed confidence in the PwC × Google alliance.
