Her approach is that at one point in time we are all patients, are we served in a way that is relevant and appropriate for us?
Good design is a fine intersection of tech, digital and data and if we can design healthcare experiences that give the decisions in patients hands, to be in control of the outcomes they desire which are aligned with the care providers, healthcare might become easier.
