Utilized Flow Designer to automate catalog items in line with customized requirements. This proved to be much better than using the generic workflow as it quickly automated the processes in a single design environment. This helped speed up development and reusable content created was made available to other flows too.

Integration Hub

Used Integration Hub features to integrate Social Media platforms. Twitter, Google forms, Google Excel Sheet, Google Assistant, Slack, and integration with Azure was done for one of our customers. This not only helped in business process automation but also provided natural-language-description for integration logic.

Holiday Calendar is a portal based implementation in ServiceNow where the team members can manage their leaves, apply for regularization and track approvals. The portal gives easy access to the manager to track the details of the team and their availability during the week, month, and onward.
