User Experience (UX) is user’s overall satisfaction level while using any product or system. It involves a person’s behaviors, attitude and emotions about using a particular product, system or service. UX is one of the most important aspects of the product.
InfoBeans has its own UX process, which enables us to deliver an easy-to-use product for end users, this ends up increasing the ROI of client business. Our objective is to increase the UX level of the application so that the product is not just functional but it is convenient to use. In order to achieve this, InfoBeans testing team merged the UX activities in their testing life cycle and contribute in improving UX of the application.
