She reminisces a little bit about her childhood, how she started her journey with ServiceNow and the things that made her fall in love with it. She talks about the biggest wins of her career and, of course, the failures too. The importance of thinking outside the box is something she considers an important life lesson. She takes us through the evolution of ‘Now Learning’ and also shares some valuable advice for the beginners of the industry.
About Speaker – Born in Mexico City, Daniela has a food tech degree from Universidad Iberoamericana. She has been a PMP, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach. She has been working in Grupo Bimbo for 13 years as a line supervisor, national operations supervisor, global operations supervisor, manufacturing project supervisor, Global Service desk manager and End User experience Manager. She is currently the Digital Experience Director. She has been a ServiceNow platform owner for 7 years now. She is married and has 3 dogs. Her hobbies include reading sci-fi novels, constructing lego sets, and swimming.
