Growth, Growth & Growth!!!

What do these words mean to you?

To me they mean a whole new arena of opportunities, better prospects, more responsibilities, revenue growth and bigger and happier teams.

Although I was witnessing the transition on a daily basis, I was pretty pleased to hear it from Avinash in the All Hands meet held at our office late last week that the recession fever is over for us and we are now geared up for expansion.

I guess this was the transition that was long awaited. It is pleasing to think on new approaches for Talent Acquisition rather than Cost Optimization strategies. Looks simple but it needs a complete makeover of thought process and approach.

Few applauding announcements included increase in 20% of the workforce in next two months and commencement of this year’s Fiscal Financial review from January itself. What better could we expect? Now it is the time to hit the ground hard and make best use of this opportunity.

I am really looking forward to it.
