InfoBeans Ranked among Top 50 IT Companies to Work with in India

“InfoBeans Technologies Limited Ranked among Top 50 IT Companies to Work with in India, in 2015” by Great Place to Work® Institute in association with NASSCOM.

Over 180,000 members across 700 organizations were surveyed in making this the largest and most comprehensive survey of workplace culture all over India. The award was declared in NASSCOM HR Summit at Chennai on July 23rd, 2015.

 The survey is primarily based on the Cultural Audit (Comprehensive report that outlines the organization’s overview, people practices and culture) holds two third weight and the Trust Index (Calculated from the anonymous survey rolled to the team members) contributes one third to the overall score. In addition, data points are also collected by telephonic discussions with handpicked team members and management.
